Springing the Blues is back at the SeaWalk Pavilion in Jacksonville Beach. Free admission, three days of live music, and the kind of crowd that brings beach chairs and cold drinks like it's a science.
This is Florida's longest running blues festival. It's been a Jax Beach tradition for decades, and 2026 looks like one of the strongest lineups yet.

The lineup
National blues acts share stages with Florida favorites. Expect a mix of headliners, local bands, and breakout names. Set times usually drop two weeks out.
Parking
Parking near the pier fills up fast. Three smart moves:

Park at Jax Beach City Hall (11 N 3rd St) and walk five minutes

Use the free Beaches Trolley

Bike or scooter from anywhere south of 16th Ave N
Avoid 1st Street North between noon and 9pm. You'll sit.
What to bring
Beach chair. Cash for vendors (some don't take cards). Sunscreen. A jacket for after dark, the breeze off the ocean lies to you.
Glass containers, coolers, and outside alcohol are not allowed inside the pavilion gates.
Where to eat
Vendors line the festival, but if you want to skip the wait, walk to the best of Jax Beach. Lemon Bar, Salt Life, and North Beach Fish Camp are all within walking distance.
Make it a weekend
If you're in town for the festival, stack it with other spring things to do in Jacksonville. The weather is peak, the beaches aren't crowded yet, and the Jazz Festival is around the corner if you want more live music (Jazz Fest details here).
