JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Fair returns Nov. 6–16, 2025 for one final run at its longtime Downtown home next to EverBank Stadium. Organizers have confirmed the fair will relocate to a new Westside campus in 2026, making this year the last chance to experience “the Jax Fair” in its classic river-city setting.

Why the fair is moving

Fair leaders say the current site is “landlocked” by nearby arenas, stadiums, and parking, limiting growth and year-round use. The new location, planned off Normandy Blvd. at the Cecil Recreation Complex near the Jacksonville Equestrian Center, gives the fair room to expand exhibits, midway space, and event programming. The association’s relocation is set for 2026.

What the move means for Jacksonville

The Downtown fairgrounds property was acquired by Shad Khan’s Iguana Investments in early 2025, aligning with broader redevelopment and the Jaguars’ Stadium of the Future plans. The Westside complex will bring an updated expo hall and outdoor event areas once construction wraps.
