Is Florida considering a 4-day school week?

Not at the state level. There is no statewide mandate or pending law moving Florida to four days. State law sets minimum instructional hours rather than days, which technically leaves districts room to experiment with longer days across fewer of them.

Glades County, with only a few thousand students, publicly proposed a four-day week with Fridays off starting in 2025-26 and surveyed families about it.
