Yes. The Jaguars are getting a new Nike Rivalries alternate uniform for the 2026 season. The league's reveal is reportedly set for August 25, and the Jaguars will wear the new look on November 1 against the Colts at EverBank Stadium. The primary teal, black, and white set stays the same.

Nobody outside the building has seen the design yet. That gives Jacksonville about two weeks to speculate, and speculating is one of this city's core competencies.

What Are the Nike Rivalries Uniforms?

Rivalries is the NFL's version of what baseball and basketball have been doing for years with City Connect and City Edition jerseys. Each design is supposed to be inspired by the team's city, not just the team. The program launched in 2025 with the AFC East and NFC West, and it expands to the AFC South and NFC North this season.

That means eight teams get new looks in 2026: the Jaguars, Colts, Texans, Titans, Bears, Lions, Packers, and Vikings. Ours arrives eleven months after a 13 and 4 season, which is convenient timing for a wardrobe refresh.

The rules are simple. Each team wears its Rivalries uniform in one home game against a division rival, and the design stays in rotation for three seasons. So whatever gets unveiled on August 25, we're living with it through 2028.

Week 8. Sunday, November 1, at EverBank Stadium, when the Colts come to town. The team confirmed the date when it announced this year's home game themes at the end of June.

Why Did the Jaguars Change Their Logo?

Different question, same curiosity, so let's cover it. The logo you see today arrived in 2013, shortly after Shad Khan bought the team. It was the first major update since the original 1995 mark, and the goal was a cleaner, more modern jaguar head for a new era of ownership. The original snarling cat had served since day one and retired with honors.

The uniforms have shifted more often than the logo. The big recent move came in 2021, when the team made teal the primary home color again after years of black.
